All details we receive from you is handled with complete confidentiality. Everything is going to handled over will be handled by the Management team ONLY. Remake sure that all private information (E.G Real name, Email and any other information given to us.) All members of the management team are hand picked with millimetre perfection. We agree that we could make a mistake by picking the incorrect candidates, if this is the case and private information gets leaked, it will cause instant dismissal of the staff member and a formal apology from all members of the management team, we will also be trying our hardest to get an apology from the staff member.
As per the management team employment contract, it only takes 1 warning to be dismissed as Management team and it can even be the smallest of warnings.
